Our natural powdered wheat flour yeast ensures optimal leavening, while the addition of salt and malted wheat flour enhances the overall flavor. To elevate the quality even further, we use extra virgin olive oil, high-oleic sunflower oil, and olive oil, giving the taralli a crumbly texture and inviting aroma.
